Two Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet

The diet pill program is made up of four completely different products that are meant to be used along with diet and exercise to produce the best results.

It looks like while using this program, you really will go through a bootcamp to kick-start your process of weight loss. Or if you are looking to drop a smaller amount of weight, the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet might be the ticket to help you do just that.

This diet pill program works by using a Fat Burner, Carb-Blocker, Colon Flush, and Bloat-Less. Each of the formulas are unique and meant to serve a different purpose to help you lose as much weight as possible over two weeks.

Made by Applied Nutrition, a company that focuses on creating products backed by science and are also made with natural, pure ingredients.

Ingredient Composition

Looking at the different ingredients in each of the four products, it is clear that they were created to serve completely different purposes.

First, the Fat Burner is made from a proprietary blend of Green Tea Extract and a Coffeeberry blend. Even though it is a proprietary blend, the amount of each ingredient can be figured out by using a little simple math.

It seems like the Fat Burner has good quantities of Green Tea and Caffeine, two ingredients that have been shown to increase metabolism and produce weight loss.

We don’t really know why Applied Nutrition would use a proprietary blend, which makes it appear at first glance as though the Fat Burner has weak amounts of ingredients.

The Carb-Blocker is another formula in the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet. It is made from Chromium (a fantastic blood sugar level regulator) and Kidney Bean Extract. Some people believe that legumes actually do block the body’s absorption of carbohydrates, but clinical studies have shown that this isn’t true.

This means that it is more than likely that the Carb-Blocker is not a very effective diet pill.

The 3rd 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet product is the Colon Flush. It is made with many different powdered fruits, which may act as laxatives to cleanse the colon.

Though many people use colon cleansers, research has never shown them to be effective weight loss tools over the long run, which leads us to conclude that the Colon Flush, which might help with temporary weight loss, will not be too effective in helping you lose weight.

Finally, the Bloat-Less formula is made from a proprietary blend of really great products! Most have been shown to cut down on inflammation and intestinal gas, which are usually the culprits behind bloating.

If the Bloat-Less formula didn’t use a proprietary blend, we suspect that it could work. However, since there is no way of knowing how much of each ingredient is in the Bloat-Less formula, we doubt that it will have great results.

Conclusion

In conclusion, we are still skeptical about the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet.

It has a great fat burning formula, is very available and affordable (only $20 for 2 weeks), and encourages exercise and diet.

On the other hand, it relies on proprietary blends, ingredients that haven’t been clinically proven, and methods that are not particularly effective.

Because of this, we can’t recommend the 2-Week Bootcamp Extreme Diet over other diet pills. We can’t say for sure that it will not work, however. If you do try it, let us know what you think!
